Please complete the following steps to start your application:

1) submit the application form below.

2) submit a resume outlining your transcription experience, and 

3) click here to download the transcription test which includes a three-minute audio file, template, and instructions along with our style guide.  You must ensure your transcription is error-free as we expect 99.9% accuracy,

4) Please do a typing test at and send a screenshot or link to the test results

5) email your resume, test file, and typing speed test results to [email protected]. *Only those considered will be contacted or asked to do a follow up test.

Please do not apply if you have no experience as we require a minimum of three years experience.  Also, submissions with no resume or a resume that does not outline your transcription experience will not be considered.

In order to consider your application, you must complete a test sample which can be accessed at the top of this form.  We do not consider online submissions without a resume and completed test.
